Super Green Juice
This juice is commonly produced in the Philippines. However, since fresh Moringa can be challenging to come by, powdered Moringa can be used instead. It's one of our all-time favourite green juice recipes. One cup of fresh Moringa provides approximately 150 per cent of your daily Vitamin C requirement! In addition, it has a high percentage of B6 and B12 vitamins in it.
What is the best way to produce green juice? This organic super green juicing recipe will include the following ingredients:
- 2 large handfuls of Moringa leaves
- 1-2 table spoons Sipirula
- 2 Apples
- a half-lemon
- 2 Stick Celery
To make the juice much cooler, run it through the juicer with some ice.
Seasonal fruits, such as strawberry, are topped with chia seeds.
