Scratch off the ginger with the skin,
Peel and cut the pineapple into tiny bits,
Clean the celery, apples, and parsley well. Break them into bits.
In your juice extractor, put small quantities of chopped fruit in it. Add the juice from your squeezed lemon and mix well until the juice is drained.
Instead of new, you can use ground ginger as well. If the juice is ready, apply the ground ginger.
Drink it quickly or within 30 minutes of producing the juice to prevent degradation and depletion of those nutrients.
