Ingredients
  

  • ½ Pineapple
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • A small piece of ginger
  • 1 lemon
  • One green apple
  • 2 branches of celery

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Scratch off the ginger with the skin,
  • Peel and cut the pineapple into tiny bits,
  • Clean the celery, apples, and parsley well. Break them into bits.
  • In your juice extractor, put small quantities of chopped fruit in it. Add the juice from your squeezed lemon and mix well until the juice is drained.
  • Instead of new, you can use ground ginger as well. If the juice is ready, apply the ground ginger.
  • Drink it quickly or within 30 minutes of producing the juice to prevent degradation and depletion of those nutrients.
