You will need:

  • ½ Cucumber
  • 1 pear
  • A handful of wheat grass
  • 1 piece medium piece celery
  • One part green cabbage
  • 1 full lemon

Preparation

  • You don’t need to peel the cucumber and the pear if your fruits and vegetables are organic. Just clean them well. However, if they are not organic peels, along with the other ingredients, cut them into pieces.
  • Run them through the juicer then.
  • Load the lemon juice in.
